Question! Sorry if it seems a bit stupid

Getting from Elona.. to Factions, im at consulate docks, ive spoken to the guy.. what do i do from there? Grab more henchmen? I'm unsure, thanks in advance.

If you have completed that quest and spoken to that person then you should pickup the quest Plague in Cantha
